Matthew Matt James was conceived in North Carolina, on the 5th December 1991. Matthew Matt James was a mixed race son of Manny James (of Jamaican descendance) and Patty James. He is the son of an Nigerian father and a Caucasian mom. In 2010, he graduated at Sanderson High School and furthered into Wake Forest University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in the year 2015. James was first noticed after he became a Reality star on The Bachelorette. The Bachelor season 25 premiered in the year 2021. The following Bachelor was James, who was the one of the first African American to play the leading character. James seemed to be the perfect match for the part because he has an attractive, well-rounded and tall personality. Rachael Krukconnell turned into his love interest at the end of season. The following year, in 2021, he got a partner with the well-known dancer Arnold for season 30 Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold placed 12th.
